Packages
A four-night, three guided day trip is our most popular length stay. Our packages are all-inclusive except for fishing licenses, airport transfer, special requests, and gratuities. The gratuity amount is at the discretion of the guest, but a guideline might be 9% of reservation total for the staff and $200.00 per day per fishing guide.

A 3-night minimum stay is suggested. However, one or two night stays are at times available if our reservation calendar allows for it. A four-night, three guided day trip is our most popular length stay.

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are refundable unconditionally if cancellations are made 100 days before the check-in date. If you paid by a credit card, we’ll refund the full deposit back to your card, less a 6% processing fee. If you paid by check, we’ll refund the full deposit via check.
Reservations canceled within 100 days of the first day of the reservation are refundable only if the reservation is sold to another party at full price. Refunds or rollovers are not available for reservation date changes. We reserve the right to sell canceled reservations at a discount. And within 100 days prior to your reservation, there will be no refunds given to stays that are shorter than the originally booked length, or changing from angling to non angling stays.
Unlike most lodges, we only collect half of the trip amount before guests arrive instead of the industry-standard full payment. The 50% deposit we retain in the event of a cancellation inside of 100 days helps cover guide cancellation fees, fixed payroll expenses, and it partially offsets opportunity cost of space that was unavailable to be sold to another customer.
We reserve the right to adjust our cancellation policy due to unforeseen global events.

We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance through TravelEx if you anticipate there may be a chance that you need to cancel.

Reservations made through booking agents are due in their entirety 100 days prior to arrival. The entire amount of the reservation is nonrefundable 100 days prior to arrival.
